Charlie and Frank Goins

Brothers Charlie L. and Frank Y. Goins were sons of Andrew Jackson and Cassie J. Hunter Goins.  Charlie was born July 3, 1883, and died July 10, 1911.  Frank was born September 22, 1874, and died July 10, 1912.  Neither was married.  Their sister, Minnie Goins Sanders, is also buried at Richland.
